Kipio provides software designed to help organizations and their managed service providers monitor and manage the secure use of artificial intelligence applications within their environments. For more information about Kipio, please see the "About Us" section of our website at https://www.kipio.com/company.

This Policy does not cover the Offering itself. It does not apply to Service Data or other information our customers upload, submit, or make available to us through the Offering, which is governed by our agreement with the applicable customer and any privacy or data protection terms incorporated into it. If you are an employee, contractor, or end user of an organization that uses the Offering, that agreement, not this Policy, governs how your information is handled within the Offering. Questions about that data should be directed to your employer or the organization that administers your access.

By using the Websites, you represent that you are over 18 years of age. If you are not over 18, do not access or use the Websites.
